As a young Undergraduate at JSS medical college, I had my eyes set on Neurosurgery as it is at the leading edge of health care and offers an opportunity to be part of treating the single most complex organ in the human body. I Completed my Super speciality Post graduation in Neurosurgery (Direct 6 years) at Narayana health City, Bangalore, a high volume Neurosurgery center, under the able Guidance of eminent Neurosurgeons in the country.

My whole family is a big fan of Dr. Deepak now and we are extreeeemly grateful that we found such a good doctor for my mom’s treatment! He has literally saved my mother’s life! My mom had a big tumor that was touching her brain region and also affecting her eyes. We realised it only when we had to admit her one day in an emergency situation for having severe headache, uneasiness, weakness in one side of her body, she was unable to even walk confidently that day. We rushed to a reputed doctor in Mangalore and he referred to Doctor Deepak as one of the best neurosurgeons to handle the complexity of this case, but we were literally in a state of panic as we knew nothing about these things and surgery near the brain region sounded even scarier! He made sure we were well informed about the procedures and what was being done. It was a long surgery that went on for 7+hrs, mom was discharged within just 5 days, she is recovering really well and is happily healthily getting back to her regular activities. Dr. Deepak Suraparaju is incredible surgeon. My sister Nayana (23) had a severe headache. Dr. Deepak operated my sister for a Pituitary abscess in Mangala nursing home Mangalore. Me and my family were anxious about it because it was a very first-time experience for all of us.
